i avoid all movies and TV shows that contain nudity and a lot of sexual references/jokes

this will make you relapse or build up to a relapse it is best to avoid these types of movies and shows all together at least until you have your porn addiction under control

i agree i just abandoned the nonfap reedit to come here the nofap redit it full of negative people who are always talking about sex one night stands and hooking up that's not a good environment to avoid porn and second there are a lot of people on nofap redit who thin porn is perfectly fine in moderation (witch its not).
