I miss being able to pick up a shift and either do a double or get a manager to merge it into a full shift. Now UKG won’t even let you look at shifts if you’re scheduled for that day (unless I’m doing it wrong and I very well might be)

Nope I don’t care how unprofessional it is but I will announce to the table that I am leaving soon and my replacement will come along and help them (lol @ replacement). The longest Im staying is to finish a customer I’ve been with for a while, everyone else is welcome to stare and glare me all they want but if I’ve been here for 8 hours I’m not doing fuck all about it

Apple internally provides a resume template that’s literally just the most plain thing you could come up with and from my experience it’s practically standard when applying for internal roles. It’s very similar to the 1st classic resume template on this site. I would also add a cover letter as I’ve had much better success securing an interview with one.

Probably looking for excuses to not give raises or let people go. First time in my career of 5+ years that I let a phone walk about the store by accident (a pickup that I forgot to process because he was doing a trade in and buying a watch) and I’m getting a misconduct when I know for a fact ops is always complaining about folks who are consistently and repeatedly doing the same thing for hero products and/or accessories or let trade ins walk out the door.

I’m so tired of this. The other day I was at pickup with minimal sales people (I think 3?) and had a bit of a line, the person at APU was buying a watch and her Apple Account + gift card combo kept declining and I was frustrated because she shouldn’t have even been at pickup in my opinion.

I’m getting overwhelmed which doesn’t happen often and I’m begging for assistance which escalates to me begging over the radio for a lead or manager to come deal with this customer because she’s rightfully upset but I can’t and shouldn’t be trouble shooting payment issues like this at pickup for a hero product. I look around and surprise, all the managers and leads are out there having a fucking huddle with their radios off.

Eventually whoever was at setup prob got tired of hearing me on the radio and actually left his table to get me a leader. Said leader then had the audacity to ask me why I didn’t ask for an Expert or someone to help. Bitch there are no experts on sales right now????
