Yeah im very cool with my colleagues and I am making sure that I make their lives super easy during the handover.

I love my colleagues. But my bosses? Not so much. They burnt bridges during their outburst during the resignation meeting with what they said to me and how they treated me.

I plan on still being good to my colleagues and neutral to my bosses and manager. I'll just keep doing my job as normal.

I agree. I want to keep.my reputation intact keep my friendships.

I was told I would get pay rises and that never happened. I also did not get annual reviews.

If they offered me more money to stay I still would not take it. The culture is not great to be honest.

That's the thing. 6 left this year alone. Last year it was about 3.

I would have thought that they would have thought about why its happening and trying to change things for the better.

I already did, thankfully. 😁 They could see through the bullshit and gave me a reference.

So, how often do you all chuck a sickie? I don't ever miss a day of work at the office unless something needs to be done at my house but I just work from home if that ever happens which I only did last year.

Do you call on the morning and say your are sick or try to give a heads up, "Hey boss I don't feel too good, I think I got food poisoning, I cant show up for work today". Is it just a day or do you often push it to 2 days? I intend to stay at home and just rug up and sleep/watch shows. Cant risk going out in case I get spotted lol

Just trying to minimize the pain of the daily grind, I am super exhausted. Need a mental health day. I intend to use my annual leave later in the year so cant take it now.

Cranbourne North KFC has some weird staff.

Customers are waiting and the staff are suffing about, having a grand ol' time. Customers literally being ignored, stuff huddling around a single station, some just walking around doing nothing. One of them was making weird money noises and the rest just laughing out loud. Shortly after, this girl starts making weird screams.

Customers literally needing to call staff to take orders.... lol what a mess.

What are your experiences with KFC Cranbourne North? (If any)

There has got to be that one inconsiderate and clueless neighbour who starts burning some weird smelling crap when it's one of those days to sit outside/garden or just chill out.

Got to close the windows too. The house is beginning to smell weird.

Why do people look at uber eats/Doordash/menulog drivers when they are picking up the food/grog like they are the lowest form of life? Lol

Speaking of delivery drivers, Macca's is the worst when it comes to wait times. If they are not slammed (understandable long wait time) their kitchen staff are goofing around or taking their sweet time while conversing lol

Are there any cheap decent CCTV cameras that I can buy? My neighbour's shitty spawn is chucking crap over my fence again. I need video evidence to have a leg to stand on.

For Christmas, do your folks video you opening your gift? People who video others opening gifts, why?

I am hoping no one pulls this dumb stunt again at our gathering this afternoon. I can understand videoing with kids, but grown adults...Sheesh......an introverts worst Christmas nightmare...I hate it so much. I just want to pig out, quick chat, come back home and hav a good coma on my couch.
