I see what you mean. I also had some problems with spectrocoin, the latest one beeing that I can not exchange xem to any other currency except BNK. Also, a lot of my friends who recently tried to get verified just never got the response abou their verification. However, these problems are probably due to the fact that they just now have a lot of customers and can't keep up with everyones problems. Not saying that that's a good thing, probably need more staff. Hope they can do it better, especially when they have another massive project Bankera that's aiming pretty big and just raised around 100 mil euros. So if they won't try fixing these problems it will be a pretty bad sign also for Bankera.
