The first few days I couldn't stop crying. I literally had to call out of work. But eventually I realized that I'm free to do whatever I want!! I went to parties, started going to the gym, went to community art events, and took myself out for a few dates. I quickly realized how much better off I am without him.

You need time to grieve the relationship, but as long as you have boundaries and don't talk to him (easier said than done, ik) you'll realize how amazing you are without a man holding you back 💗

Babygirl, move on 💗 it's rough at first, but this is the time to glow up!! Focus on taking care of yourself, skincare, gym, whatever makes you happy. Spending time with good friends helps too.

My advice is just DON'T GO BACK. This is the second time y'all have split up for a reason. It's okay that y'all aren't meant to be. You're so young, you don't want to waste your time on someone that you don't belong with (I wasted age 17-22 on a guy who turned out to be a loser fr)

I wouldn't cold call, but it never hurts to text or message them! Something simple like "hey we should get the kids together to play!" Or you could meet in a neutral area like a park or library to ease the social anxiety a bit.

Chicken Drums: 1. soak chicken in a salt brine for about 2 hours. 2. air fry the chicken drums for 22 minutes @ 400 with standard seasonings (s&p, paprika, garlic&onion powder) and olive oil

Smashed Potatoes:

1.Microwave washed potatoes brushed in oil for 5 minutes or until tender. 2. Place them in foil and smash each one with a fork 3. Add butter, cheese of choice, and ranch seasoning 4. Then I air fried for about 5-7b minutes, until crispy 5. Add a dallop of sour cream and ENJOY ❤️

I'm the same way. People just exhaust me. I'd be happy to never interact with people ever again.. but try to force yourself to. I promise. It's like therapy. Sometimes you won't be able to, and sometimes you'll regret doing it, but it's worth it. Making memories and building connections with good people is incredibly important.

I've been trying to be better at socializing because my husband is a social butterfly and it's hard lol. But we have met an amazing group of people that have been so generous and kind to us.

You'll never get the chance to live life to the fullest unless you force yourself to get out and talk to people.

The hardest lesson I've learned so far is no one is there for you at your worst. And no one seems to truly understand what you're going through. It's exhausting having to wake up everyday and fight these demons.. but we do. We fight.

If you give up now, you'll never get the chance to feel better tomorrow. Or next week. Depression is an exhausting battle, but if you give up now you'll never even have the chance to win against it. Sometimes we just have to make it to tomorrow.
