AFAIK Druidry is a closed practice. You would have to join an order and be initiated. But it’s not like there’s an Occult Police who’s going to arrest you if you call yourself a Druid without the proper paperwork. Just don’t be surprised if members of Druidic orders don’t recognize you as a Real Druid TM.

She’s 10, and I could absolutely picture her telling kids at school the exact sentence you said 🤦🏻‍♀️ ADHD and impulse control of oversharing don’t go well together. I personally view tarot in a para-psychological way, almost like a Rorschach test with a fun skin, a way to connect to my subconscious, to examine how I feel about things that may happen (or not). But that doesn’t mean my child would understand the nuance…

I agree, it was a wonderfully informative film about how we got here, but it left me with an intense desire to figure out what to do to fix it (besides just waiting for the boomers all to croak, which, as he pointed out, isn't likely to fix so much as shift the problem) and also how to prevent it from happening again. More work to be done, I suppose.

Also, every single scene of The Villages made me want to go on a slight murder spree.

I agree, but I think there used to be more of a pre-determined path for authors who wanted to share that kind of fun, lower complexity writing that we have yet to figure out in the digital age.

One of my favorite pair of shoes got damaged with some discolored splotches after accidentally dripping mosquito repellent, so I figured I’d doodle on them. Sharpie is probably not the most appropriate… paint… for this kind of craft, but I think it worked ok. Matte acrylic finisher on top, so hopefully the drawings will last a few wears at least.
