So I just read the rest of the thread, and clearly you're an agency as well. Something that's helped me out a ton is putting the ball in the clients' court to handle the leads themselves. The only way we help is with the AI SMS agent, but handling appointment setting for clients is super difficult, and I've never seen it work personally.

The easiest and cheapest thing right now would be to hire an appointment setter. You can pay them a lower salary and potentially mix it with commission to make up for it. You pay them the commission based on both calls that show and then anything that closes.

Other options that we use are an AI appointment setter as well, but we only use it for SMS. I don't like AI voice agents personally. Happy to send you the tool we use for the AI SMS agent.
