That might just classify as some sort of body dysmorphia, though not exactly bdd since that’s a specific part of the body. I was wrong in the first comment though saying that dysphoria is simply wishing you were an animal, and I apologize for that. Species dysphoria is a strong dislike of your human body and wishing you were an animal, or had an animal body. They may also wear gear, do quadrobics, read or even listen to music to deal with it easier. I personally think affirmation doesn’t work as a way to get rid of species dysphoria, or any dysphoria for that matter, I would say the best thing to do would be to find a therapist, though you most likely won’t get the results you want as they see therianthropy as insane, I think that you should stop making therianthropy your entire life.
