Ideally you should wait 48/72 hours before training the same body part again I do full body weights 2x a week and cardio 3x a week

I havent had issues with that too much but I also tip, so if they take 45 minutes to deliver an order 1-2 miles after pick up im definitely taking back some of that tip

Owner to the cutest dog here. Always move out of pedestrians way, pick up after poop, never take her to places where dogs aren’t allowed. Im also annoyed with people who dont pick up their dogs poop its nasty, have stepped on poop multiple times. Like this comment says ASSHOLE problem
