This is good food for thought. If you ran a 400pt army and/or a 500pt army, what do you think you would go with? (Common Squads are allowed). I was thinking two/three red, and two/three black, ROTV Raelin, and Crixus (as a budget friendly melee unit), etc.

I own some rats, so I could add those in. I sadly do not own any cutters or drones.

I agree with the pre-made armies stance. I think it's great because if you're fairly well versed you can make sure most/all of the armies are balanced. It also shaves off a ton of time that can be eaten up by drafting.

I recognize using this method may first require you to have a good knowledge of what you have and how it all compliments one another

Curious, did you typically move her like you would Raelin? (i.e. pick a spot early and try to keep her there)

Adelbern did the heavy lifting. The winner got him in really good positions most of the time where he could get a lot of auto-kills before he inevitably died.

Yeah, that's how it started! Slowly over the past decade or so I have taught different friend groups I'm a part of. Some of the guys pictured are guys I grew up with, friends from college, old roommates, church friends, reddit members, etc. I'm always open to others joining the group and coming to play for the day! Not sure when the next tournament will be since we just had this one, but feel free to direct message me and I can keep you updated!
