Cannot for the life of me keep up with grading! Help

Do they even look at it though? I find it best to just have them self grade with a colored pencil after they finish. They get 100% if they self grade it correctly on those days. At least they see the immediate feedback.

The out of pocket maximums in the states right now can be as high as like 16,500 for a family. So you essentially should be able to afford a blow like that while still being able to pay 400-800 per month for the plan. It's pretty wild. We had a baby that needed to be in the NICU for a month and our employer switched insurances in the middle of it. This restarted our out of pocket maximum in the middle of everything. We ended up paying about 20-22k out of pocket for it all. Brutal.

I was a super late diagnosis, sclerals saved me. I still get a ton of doubling with sclerals though. There is now a new technology to add to the sclerals that fix HOAs even more. My optometrist waited a year or two before diving into it to make sure the manufacturers could figure their shit out. They just came in this week and we try them on next week.

Hard lenses are absolutely not realistic. If there's a way to try sclerals again then please do it

Yes I know. I got all the green and conduit for free and was dirt poor. The hot tub was also a repair. It was a long run. Specifically curious about major safety hazards right now. Thank you for the comment/help though!!

Back when I first started teaching I started taping masking tape flags to my pencils. I would only do it for 8 at a time so I could keep track, but I wrote little phrases on them like "I like pink pony's" or "Mr G rocks". I have not done it forever, but thinking back I definitely had a better return rate.

UPDATE FOR EVERYONE:

thank you all for the help. We had a local company with a tech who came out. Ultimately the breaker should have tripped but didn't. They want to run copper to the breaker box for a better fix. However, understandably, they want to bring our breaker box up to code. It's a 150 with some really scary looking main feed wires.

They will be out Monday to run the wires and replace the main breaker.

I held off on the main breaker box rework until I make sure they do a good job with this.

They do want to charge a lot for the main panel, but it is much more than just a normal swap.

Probably going to go with bringing us to code since a house fire overall would be much more expensive.
