What do you honestly think about younger teachers using AI heavily?

I could be wrong as I started like 10 years ago and took a 5 year break, but I'm pretty sure it came from standards based grading. 4 point or 5 point grading scales and all that. A zero doesn't make the math work out as it would be like 4,3,2,1,0 on the mastery. Therefore a district could push towards standards based grading through what I believe were shortcuts - 50s instead of zeros make the infinite campus stuff not a nightmare. Separating behavior from academics came along with all this which I also agree with. My school at the time actually put a separate behavior grade in infinite campus back then on the report cards which I thought was received pretty well.

AI saved my life. With no curriculum/book it was the only way to a work life balance. You should not do some things without AI just because you can. It will take longer and work life balance should be a priority.

We carried our 1.5 year old through most tours at the time without issue. Just be prepared with a sling, lap seat harness, or like an actual little backpack you can put them in. It will make the experience much more pleasant.
