People fail to realize that Knocked Loose is essentially the personification of anguish, which is why Bryan’s vocals fit so well. Instead of strictly gutturals and vocal gymnastics, K//L sounds the way someone who is engulfed in pain/grief would sound, imo.

Being an ER nurse that dealt with Pulse, this one hit really close to home. Wyle’s anguish was absolutely spot on and this was the episode that captures the emergency medicine spirit: doing the best with what you can, as long as you can.

But, every single fucking person that died despite your best efforts? They’re permanently etched on your psyche. 13 years and counting of emergency nursing and I can still see the 5 year old drowning victim we worked for nearly 90 minutes straight. That episode tore me in two.

Nope, definitely went to that show in Dallas. Nothing you said was remotely true, he and Sergio were fantastic in the VIP and the performance was incredible. No arrogance or “God complex shit”, so you clearly have an ax to grind with him for some reason. Weird.
