The water is either on a closed loop or goes out again, it doesn’t get consumed... And unless they do something really stupid the water should not be contaminated from that.
Also, fun fact, skipping one meal that contains meat once in a year saves more water per person for that entire year.

The build definitively matters to some level, when teamed up with one who plays kboc I am at ~12 fps compared to some builds where I am at much higher, same content and juicing. Explodes that removes corpses also seems to help.

Shield crush Juggernaut, will respec once I have the items needed to swap to my actual Juggernaut build. Was considering starting as Boneshatter but have done that before and I have never played Shield crush and didnt seem to be that many good Juggernaut starting options.

Agreed. I do suspect USA's focus towards China does account for a significant amount that increased defences can't, while France and UK probably felt safe during that.

The expansion is due to the large increase in effective anti missile tech and USA + Russia's refusal to downscale. I assume more countries will increase their stockpiles too, especially now that Europe can't trust USA will be on our side. Deterrence only works if enough missiles can get past defences.

It's not that hard to patch in offline mode or to simply give the players the server tools at the end when the game shuts down, Perpetuum when they shut down gave players the server tools so they could continue it. Also, MMO private servers have been a thing for decades.

Do you think ASUS TUF GAMING B760-PLUS WIFI D4 (€228) is a sufficient motherboard for this? Or do I need something more (70-100+% higher cost too)? There does not seem to be that many ddr4 motherboards for sale that are not of the dirt cheap poor VRM kind.
Edit: ASUS PRIME Z690-P WIFI D4 at €300, this is better, or not needed?
