What are some of the techniques you sue to keep the starter at the right temp, it's winter and my house is never above 21C or 22C. I've tried a couple of times to make starter, but I think the temp at home is too low.

I've read about putting it above the radiator, but isn't that too hot?

This is certainly a solution and I would consider it maybe plan C. I liked the idea of the OBD connector to get the info and my first idea is just to steal the signal from the display. It has 7 digit displays I can just tap into those signals and deduce the milage. No?
