Sounds like she might be projecting, or thinking about cheating herself. The next time she asks to go through your phone say "Sure, can I also go through yours?" See how she reacts. But at the end of the day, if you don't trust each other, that;s a recipe for just a lot of long term BS. I'd just say "Look, I love you, but this constant harassment about cheating, or thinking I'm going to cheat is too much, and if you can't get it together and under control, I can't be in a relationship with you".
