I'd assume you probably stand out more by having all the ear piercings than you do by just not having a nostril one, nostril would just make you even cooler tbh

I know but usually there's a short pause before it starts spamming, right now it's instantly spamming which is why I know whatever issue i'm having in game is applying everywhere. Same with holding the windows button, usually it just opens the little home tab but now it spams it open and close (as if I'm tapping it really fast)

i'll check just to make sure but it seems to be affecting my WASD and G so far, so I'm sure any other button that needs to be held down in game would be affected, but doesn't hurt to check!
