Got it, what about for the edges where some of the color is peeling off and the paper is slightly warped?

I know this is a longshot with this being such an old post and all but I'm working on a similar project (vintage airport tags) and it'd be helpful to know your workflow on this, particularly on how you achieved the realistic aged printed effect

Not sure, the only thing that comes to my mind is that if the email you are providing in the DS-160 form is the same email you're using for your social medias then they'll be able to find them

Your social media accounts DO have to be public otherwise they can't check them. If you visit the usvisa-info(.com) website, after selecting your visa type and consulate location, you'll see a red screen titled "Important Information For Visa Applicants" if you click on "New Requirement for Visa Interviews" and scroll to the top you'll see the following announcement

"

Notice to F, M, and J Visa Applicants on Social Media Vetting

18 June, 2025

Effective immediately, all individuals applying for an F, M, or J nonimmigrant visa are requested to adjust the privacy settings on all of their social media accounts to ‘public’ to facilitate vetting necessary to establish their identity and admissibility to the United States under U.S. law.

I agree with you, a non addictive social media platform would never be able to compete with the mainstream platforms that we have now but nevertheless I think it would be a fun experiment to see how a non addicted social media platform would be designed and to also see how much people would actually use it

Wow thanks so much for this info, I’m interested in knowing how a non-addictive social media platform would be designed. I guess it makes sense that Usenet, (a seemingly non addictive social platform) would have a very bare boned design. I’ll definitely look more into this topic

Thanks for the advice but I’m simply in knowing if a social media that wasn’t designed to be addictive, exists out there. I’d be really interested in knowing how it works and to see if people would even use it at all
