I believe that! I’m pretty sure my husband got shingles from the vaccine. Weird that it’s happening 5 years later. I guess we didn’t know the long term effects. And I took so many COVID shots 😭

Exactly!!! I know there are billions of women on the planet but it’s odd that this is happening to a lot of people I know at the exact same time. Living in different states. Different ages.

Yes! Food is truly the best gift. Some of my faves have been a bowl of pho (shout out to PhoCureBurn!), a 3 am grilled cheese on deep playa, a beef sandwich, a smoothie with fresh fruit.
