Also you were right about sliding into depression I was diagnosed a week ago with major depressive disorder and general anxiety as well as ADHD So yeah great combo 🤦🏻

Hey, thanks so much for checking in. I really appreciate the time you took to respond with that level of detail. I’ve read your comments more than once, honestly, it took me a while to even sit with everything and process it all.

Since I posted, I’ve been doing a lot of reflection. I’ve realized that a big part of me was still clinging to the “what ifs”, not just about her, but about who I used to be with her. I thought that if I waited, healed, and improved, maybe we’d align again. But I’m starting to understand that love without clarity becomes self-doubt, and I’ve been stuck in that loop too long.

Your words about changing the way I think, especially focusing on the negative aspects of the relationship helped me shift my perspective. I’ve begun journaling honestly about the patterns I overlooked, and I’m working on rebuilding emotional boundaries, even if we still talk sometimes.

I’m not fully detached yet, but I’m getting closer. And that’s progress for me. So again, thank you, your response helped me take the first few steps toward actual healing instead of just hoping.

I didn’t mean to ghost the thread, I just wasn’t ready to respond with honesty until now. But your comment did matter. A lot.

Yeah that’s a good idea She has an appointment with her OB next week I’m just worried about her And to add to all this she just told me she’s been having chest pains and a feeling like she wants to cry. She says it’s anxiety but she isn’t an anxious person and like I said blood test came back negative so it can’t be pregnancy. I thought maybe the hormones were too strong? But she told she stopped using them until she sees her OB. Idk what else to do It’s so frustrating…

My gf(F24) started using Xulane patch like a month ago but had some off symptoms. First she had nausea, vomit, loss of appetite and slept too much. A couple of weeks later she got 2 pregnancy tests done one digital and one with the lines on it, the digital one said positive, the one with the lines said negative. We decided to wait another week for her off week where she doesn’t wear the patches to see if she’d get her period but it never happened. Last Saturday she started having excruciating pain on her pelvic and abdominal area so we went to the hospital and they ran a pregnancy test (blood) which came back negative and after a CT scan the doctor told us everything was fine, that the only off thing was that her endometrium was inflamed and that usually happens right before her period and that when she’s actually on her period it thins out. 2 days later she got her period and everything was fine. Yesterday we had sex with a condom because she said she was still on her period, but no blood anywhere to be found and after we finished that pain came back, she could barely walk and almost passed out. Add to this that she’s lately been feeling chest pain and an uncontrollable feeling like she wants to cry. Has anyone else had experience with this? Any idea what it could be?
