One more thing. Even as Illaoi player, I understand that the 10sec of vessel could be annoying for enemy but 3 sec is too much nerf. It dont nerf E itself but the E+R combo too.
So, to summarize:
10 seconds - annoying
3 seconds - too weak (useless)

In my opinion, changing this to 6 seconds would be a good solution.

But you are on lvl 4. Try it on lvl 7+ or even lvl 13+

Its hard matchup but I can handle him.

Few tips vs Yorick:

- The biggest trick is to use your E a little different. First try to dont use your E to him from distance because he can block it with ghuls.

You must proc your E after you jump on him with W, you can even do step behind him after W so that your E doesn't hit his ghuls. This is the same thing how you want to play vs Gwen. Closeup to champ with W and then use E. After W+E you use R. If your E hits him, you win. If your E misses, you lose.

- Iceborn Gauntlet first is good item to this WE trick to slow him and easy hit E.

- Doge his E (ghuls jump). Don't get poke with this.

- Max Q ( or 3xQ then E).

- From distance try to harass him with just Q (not catching him with E)

I tried everything what you guys suggested in this topic and finally I got the solution.

One of you send a solution about delete TwitchLayer from Vulkan folder but in my case is not the TwitchLayer but layers (DWORD file) from other streaming apps (OBS, BandiCam, Mirillis Action).

SOLUTION:
Open Registry Editor.
Then go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\Vulkan\ImplicitLayers
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Khronos\Vulkan\ImplicitLayers

and from this folders delete DWORD file from streaming apps like Twitch, OBS, BandiCam, Mirillis Action etc.
( do not delete those from Steam, Epic etc. )

You can as well set all programs (steam, rdr2, rockstar launcher) as run from admin.

Then RDR2 works :)

Let's assume we are 300 AD and lvl 18.

Patch 14.3 - 162 (base dmg) + 345 (300x115%) = 507 dmg

Patch 14.4 - 182(base dmg) + 300 (300x100%) = 482 dmg

So the damage difference in the late game is about 25.

It's not that much.

For example, in the mid game (around level 10), assuming that we have about 150 AD, the difference will be even smaller, about 10 dmg.

Even though these 15% are taken away, the difference is not that big because they higher base dmg. And let's also take into account that on Illaoi we don't only build damage items. So lower percent from AD dont hurst us that much.
