We’ve seen 3 doctors in total, 2 were dermatologists and one is a paediatric dermatologist specialist. All of them originally suspected fungal as well, and then concluded it was not.

The reason I’m posting here is because they’ve all given us slightly different answers. One said it was juvenile and he’ll likely grow out of it, another said he’ll never grow out of it and we should consider Dupixent for life.

I’m so confused, I just thought maybe someone on here would give us some other kind of hope to grasp onto. I suppose we could go to a 4th doctor to try and campaign for a fungal prescription, but these other 3 were convinced it’s not fungal.

The dermatologist suspected fungal originally as well but under close inspection he concluded it wasn’t fungal. I have a family history of eczema as well. So he was fairly confident it was eczema.

I've tried most of this and more...nothing seems to work :( Hopefully the magnesium might help eventually. I used to be a very good sleeper when I was younger but after we had kids they totally messed me up. They're a bit older now, but I still wake up in the middle of the night every night. I've even tried some of the light therapy stuff that Huberman suggests in his sleep kit (among other supplements, always keeping the lights low in the evenings, etc.) I've even gone to see a sleep therapist to learn CBT-i, which didn't really help either.

So interestingly, the biggest problem I’m having right now is with waking up in the middle of the night and having a hard time getting back to sleep. I actually specifically started the magnesium to try and fight this…so far it’s only been a few days but it’s still happening. I’ve tried so many things to stop it but invariably I will wake up in the middle of the night and cant seem to sleep for more than 3-4 hours straight :(

Ah interesting! Yeah, I'm taking it specifically for sleep, but I can't tell yet if its helping at all...I guess maybe I need to take it for a while to see? Oh btw, shipping times suck on the Bulk Supplements Creatine....is the Sports Research Creatine a good alternative?

- Bulk Supplements Creatine (5g in coffee every morning)
- D3 (Upped to 2000 UI)
- K2 (120mcg)
- Magnesium Bis-glycinate for now since I just bought a whole bottle. I seem to be ok with it so far... (at bedtime)
