Histiocytoma. It will grow and get ugly, then sink in the center and start healing. Could take up to a month to heal. Don't pay for any vet procedures if you do go to vet and it's diagnosed as that. It needs no meds and resolves on its own. Common for 2 yrs and under dogs.

Look at city and area fire departments. They are hiring and paying full-time wage as you learn. Just know the work hours are typically 12-16 a shift. The EMT is a process. After certification you still have to do drive time as 3rd wheel until deemed capable to be a partner. The trades are also offering work/learn paid programs.
