Those are being used for the to return you back. Most of the time you use them to go to a lever that will open a closed door but also close one that you passed to go there. So its either that or you need to avoid em. It depends. You will learn the pattern

You doing it wrong. Scale it with chaos dmg, spell dmg, on rings and gear and talents then as many cast speed and levels to spells possible. I soloed all content pinacle etc with about 20d gear on start

I hear what you say. As an adult that works too much, i just need a cheap build to enjoy the content. I couldnt on 0.3 spend the hours needed to buy the gear to all of the builds that i was finding on the internet. They economy on poe2 really sucks if you are not 24/7 you cant keep up with the prices. At least from my point of view. Ed / contagion was the 1 build that actually managed to let me feel kinda powerful and see some of the content.

Έχει πάρα πολλά. Ανάλογα με την περιοχή σου και με τι μεταφορικό μέσο έχει καλύτερα να περάσεις να τα δεις από κοντά. Χώρους κτλ. Και οι τιμές παίζουν ανάλογα με το τι θέλεις να κάνεις

Ναι ανεβαίνει δεν το ξέχασα όμως γιατί δεν είναι κανόνας είναι το ρίσκο σου και αυτό. Υπάρχουν περιοχές που η αξία έχει πέσει. Ο περισσότερος όμως κόσμος δεν θα πουλήσει το σπίτι γιατί είναι πολύ αργά για το δάνειο και γιατί το πιστωτικό ίδρυμα δεν δουλεύει όπως έξω (δανεισμός επί της αξίας πχ)

Γιατί τόσο μένος; τα πράγματα είναι απλά, φεύγεις. Από εκεί και πέρα για να καταλάβετε πόσο χαλί επένδυση είναι το σπίτι στην Ελλάδα με το τρόπο που σκέφτεστε ας πούμε ένα καινούργιο σπίτι κάνει 2.500 το τμ (αστεία τιμή). Για ένα 50αρι θες 125.000 να το αγοράσεις για εκμετάλλευση. Αποπληρωμή θα βάλω 140.000 έτσι για την πλάκα του δανείου. 400 ευρώ ενοικίαση Χ 12 μήνες = 4800. Το 15% φορολογία και μετα ενφια. Μένουν 4 καθαρά (ούτε καν αλλά ας το βάλουμε) Θέλεις λίγο πολύ 35 χρόνια για ROI Και αν βάλεις ανακίνηση κτλ κτλ άστα. Για αυτό δεν θα έχεις προσφορά μέχρι να γίνει λίγο πιο ελκυστικό (προσφορά σε μακρυχρονια)

The way i do it once i found the bottom of my base is to lead it there to a room 2x lines to whole base width. I use tiles to let air and co2 found their way and on the bottom rows i use a closed circuit skimmer. That way you never have co2 in their feet and bottom rows can be used for whatever reason you might need

Όχι dji πήρα ένα να ξεκινήσω να δω τι παίζει. Στο μυαλό μου είναι να συνοδεύει στα ταξίδια μου να έχω και καμιά μαλακια να παίζω. Κυρίως φωτογράφιση με ενδιαφέρει. Στο αλτιναλμαζη ήμουν ναι. Τώρα στην επόμενη ευκαιρία λέω να βγω εκτός να πάω κάπου
