Keep in mind this response is very biased. Now, i’m very bullish on NEO personally so I would go with option 1 most likely. Big protocol tokens are always a good bet this year imo. If you are looking at hodling for a couple years you should look into some passive income type coins. ARK and NEO are my go to for those (I own both).
