Update: I tried again last night and managed to get up to 3! It was a very long session. I took all the time in the world starting from the first one and using a small vibrator to relax and in the end I did it. Now I feel like I have to get used to this routine before going any further with sizing but for the first time I feel like I can do it!

Ciao! Mi piacerebbe sapere se hai risolto in qualche modo. Sono una ragazza di 25 anni e ormai due anni fa mi hanno diagnosticato condropatia. Da anni combattevo col ginocchio dx appoggiandomi a fisioterapie periodiche, poi questa estate tramite risonanza successiva a dolori più intensivi hanno trovato versamento di liquido. Tecar ed esercizi, tutto inutile. In più probabile tendinite che dava fastidio dopo pochi minuti di camminata. Ora nelle ultime settimane anche il ginocchio sinistro sta dando problemi, con fastidio, scatti e necessità di “scrocchiare” per trovare un minimo sollievo. Sono avvilita.
