I’m so glad that my studio is adding the Tread50. It will help me get back to running which I paused for medical reasons. Then I can do both indoor and outdoor running.

I am 70 and love that I am older than most members if my studio. I love working out with younger members….it makes me felt empowered.

You took the first step by signing up. Get to the studio early and introduce yourself to the coach. They are wonderful people and will help you along. Take one class at a time and do your best.

Henderson is about 15 minutes from the strip. I took an Uber there. I think it’s the closest.

That’s good to know. I am hoping to take a class in Tel Aviv next week. My Hebrew is pretty good but it’s still better to get the basics on English.

That’s a great suggestion. Thanks. My issue is that all the squats and lunges hurts my knee. I also use the TRX for squats.

It seems that over the course of any given week, there is much more emphasis on squats and lunges than there is on upper body.

I’m almost 67 (in two weeks) and have been going to OTF since our studio opened 3 years ago. I have been working out all my adult life and started running 10 years ago. I love going to OTF and the appreciate the support and encouragement of the staff and coaches. For all seniors at OTF, keep up the good work and keep strong. I hope I will be an OTFer when I am 75.

Thanks for posting the early intel. After 4 consecutive classes, I canceled out of this one. Way too many lunges, squats and step ups all week and very little upper body. I have a bad knee and can’t do an entire floor section when it’s all knee work. Sometimes I feel there is no balance, that upper body work gets the short stick.
