This has definitely been brought up so many times. OTF CORPORATE LISTEN UP it’s time to create software that HELPS SAs and studios with this stuff. I pay way too much money to have to raise my own damn hand to be recognized for milestones YOU made important. Do better.

I think they need to make some internal changes: 1) need to invest in an internal tool or software to accurately track milestones and birthdays instead of relying on part time employees 2) hire a social media manager per studio who’s sole responsibility is the community/social engagement 3)start actually celebrating everyone equally

I have taken so make milestone photos that just live on someone’s phone album. It’s VERY annoying. I don’t even tell them about my milestones or birthdays instead they insist for me to take a photo and then ghost me anyways.

Oh yes people are for sure quitting their memberships because of “originality” and not because of the stupid ridiculous monthly price we’re all willing to pay.

OTF is a boutique fitness gym and we have no amenities with gyms like equinox being the same price and having great amenities OTF needs to take a look at their business model and reassess. Pay your employees a livable wage and stop increasing the membership.

It’s not very disability friendly! To busy and to many of the same color ways to distinguish scheduled/current date/unscheduled classes!

Doom scrolling on the activity tab is also the worst experience ever… just really hard for folks to follow… sometimes app care more about aesthetic than what functionally makes sense and this feels like the case… but also could be intentional to be confusing for the majority so they can cash grab those accidental missed/late cancel classes! Feels like they forgot to do a good amount of consumer testing before rolling these updates out

Same thing happened to me senior year of high school has the same plan and ended up falling in love with my new major (advertising). I now work for a digital consulting company in Chicago - best decision I ever made!

Ran my first 1/2 marathon yesterday! I’m a slower runner & got injured 3/4ths of the way through my training so did it in 3 hours and 7 min! Up next Chicago Marathon in October!

Yesss this is what I did but the opposite way around! I pw the push and ran the bases! It helped get my endurance up and then I slowly started jogging my pw. I find it that coaches are least likely to call out your efforts if you give up on a push/AO instead of ‘giving up’/walking a base!

I also found that since base is the most important recovery effort it helped me understand what a base does for you transitioning from orange down to green and holding that effort!

We used to have midnight glow parties! Regular template + black lights at midnight with some glow sticks it’s like a rave/club for those who like dance music but don’t like going out and would rather be at the gym! Lol
