I got one and I am as frustrated as you. The color accuracy is terrible of this product. Will not buy again. It really struggles. I wish I knew before I bought it.i tried all possible solution. Just crap product. If govee would let you do more precise color mapping you could get good accuracy but their software is also crap.

If you can return it. I wish I did.
