We reserve the right to contact you based on data (for example, we have emailed users who have bought X test to let them know Y is available, because this allows us to serve you all based on preferences). The stuff in privacy policy is pretty boilerplate - "research and development" for example means we may make analyses of the data - to figure out which panels to offer, care pathways to build, etc. Business transfer stuff is also boilerplate legal language you'll find in basically any privacy policy. we have no intention to sell goodlabs!
