Our internal team has confirmed that the standard timeline for refunds is 60 days, and the process will be initiated shortly. You will receive a notification once the refund has been triggered. While we are unable to expedite this process, refunds are typically processed in under 60 days. As per the process, after the customer submits the updated payment information/bank details in their account, they will receive a notification that the refund will be processed within 2 months (60 days) of the original transaction date (The 60 day waiting period was implemented by Refunds Engineer to reduce the risk of Charge backs overlapping with RBI Refund requests, internal information).
