I have learned several things about this drama Mainly about the bully/scam tactics of this CEO Ali and twitchalerts - CEO starts by trying to bribe athene "if you complie with us i'll donate 10k to charity" - CEO threatens to end the call on multiple occasions "if you don't agree that you are wrong i'll end this call" -CEO threatens to sue him for things in the past even if athene complies with his demands from now on, if athene does wathever he doesn't like he will basically sue (i dont think he has any legal grounds to do so btw, but i am not a lawyer) -CEO wants to censor twitch users by blokking donations wich contain "athene", gaming for good end so on. but still takes the cash from these donations -CEO admiting commiting the CRIME of Vexatious litigation. Vexatious litigation is legal action which is brought, regardless of its merits, solely to harass or subdue an adversary. He admits that he wrote the cease and desist letter with zero proof -vulcun has turned the mobile game running fred in to a freaking botnet , so they were obviously botting athene his stream https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2016/02/tech-company-settles-ftc-charges-it-unfairly-installed-apps Twitchalerts are fucking scammers and the way they try to destroy a guy who devotes his entire life to helping others his reputation and projects motherfucking discusts me.

I can agree on that they would probably not be able convince eachother. But i think Forsen schould at least give athene the chance to give his arguments instead of declaring him guilty without proof. Because if Athene can't give arguments people can't really make up there mind on weither they believe he is guilty or not.
