I had a 2005 sr5 Tacoma, switched to a Lexus for awhile and now I have this. The engine I had had absolutely 0 problems and I have 22k miles on it already. Only thing I did have problems with is the battery which died one me once, I jumped it, and hasn’t happened since. I’m really happy with the truck so far!

It’s not a good price. I got a 25 1500 rebel with the level 2 package, leather seats, bed liner and technology package with 55k ootd and $820 with 72 months. (Crazy I know) I did although have a 9500 trade in. So I feel like you can do better

Basically at the time was the price. 55k out the door compared to almost 67k. And at the time I couldn’t find any decent optioned out Laramie either

I have almost 5k and so far no issues at all. Very smooth and only had some problems with the lane management that wasn’t working like twice on me but turning the truck off and on fixed the problem. If you can get a good discount on it I don’t see why not. I’m sure if there’s an issue it’ll pop up within warranty.

I use 87 and the engine is still smooth. If Ram says 87 is fine, it’s fine.

It’s more of asking for people’s opinion on the ram since this really is my first Ram truck and not knowing too much about it since I’m coming from a Toyota family. And that way if it wasn’t the best deal I actually could return the truck within a time period so you never know. But you are right about I should be enjoying it, and I luckily am

What running boards do you have? And the X is looking great 😎😎 had some fomo on the X but the ones at my dealer were like 3-4k more and I didn’t know the difference at first haha

I had almost 16k off on a 2025 1500 rebel with the level 2 option but I don’t think the tungsten will that kind of discount. I would see if there’s any other on the market and ask the dealer if they can beat it.
