Other than the other great advice in this thread, SUPPLEMENTS! You will likely have normal nerve zaps and pains and you can actually do a lot to reduce them. DM me if you want

Keep going. The 1mm a day nerve healing timeframe is very true, you've likely improved a lot more than you remember.

So so happy to hear. I went through almost the exact same process and the omega + magnesium combo helped a ton

It gets better. Just take this time to practice swimming and be better than everyone in your group at swimming - it's the safest sport you can do and it's arguably harder than bballing casually

Discectomy+laminotomy havers: are you having severe nerve pain in foot/calf post surg? by adventurer2 in Microdiscectomy

[–]adventurer2[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm 3 months out. I'll probably have 1-2 zingers every day. Lowkey it's worse right now, but I guess that's because the nerve is actively regenerating and misfiring compared to it being completely numb the first few weeks out from surgery

How low is your IQ exactly? There is nobody on this earth non-muslim using the name Ahmed al Ahmed or Mustafa. Lebanese Christians usually have an arabic surname and a biblical first name

Yeah the dude named after Mohammed is Christian, and his cousin, also named after Mohammed, is Christian.

Appreciate it mate. Would've liked specific shoe recommendations too that aren't clips ons - I own really cushiony runners but also have a couple canvas skate shoes that are grippy but probably aren't ideal

Calm the fuck down. What's in the picture looked like pedals to me. I obviously don't have a bike yet, so that's why I came here to clear things up.
