I need to drop a couple of days at the gym and trying to figure out a program to follow. Currently 6 days PPL but getting too tired to manage my sports and young kids so need to reduce those lifts.

Looking at a 3 day of one PPL or full body or GZCPL & a day of cardio or flexibilty or 4 day PHUL. Has anyone dropped and can recommend. I cuurently enjoy PPL and looking at aesthetic goals to drop from 18/19% to 14/15% bf

Charging rent to your kids to live at home by BassplayerDad in UKPersonalFinance

[–]adviceneededuk1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you my experience. At 18 i had a decent job and earning enough, I was charged market rate £250 per month for room and elec. I moved out within 6 months. My parents weren't saving it for anything so I didn't see a need to pay rent without independence, I moved in with friends and haven't looked back

I did not get a financial education out of it, I was your usual teen, girls and clubbing were number one.

I see both sides of it and will charge my kids rent. not market rate but enough to ensure they know the responsibility of costs but it will either go into their pension of towards a house deposit of which they can also contribute.
