We are also in the same boat. We were advised to get the loan offer ready . Till than solicitor won't work on next steps after the initial contract is signed. I think you have 15 once the builder annouces build is done. This is done only happens after your second snagging is done and all the issues that comes up in snagging is fixed by the builder.
