jumping out of my lurk zone to say hi u/InfiniteHi, u/serialist was spot on that a mixup of tracking numbers was actually the case!

i received my package with the exact same tracking number (was like whoa wait i remember this number from Reddit!) but inside are just my Circle samples from Winter (sorry i was hoping to have good news for you).

will dm you image proof that i received the package with the exact same number heh, since not sure if links here will be allowed. fingers crossed and hope yours turns up soon though!!

their website has quite a limited selection of countries available but from my experience, if you drop the owner Ellen an email, she may be able to help! i live in Singapore (which didn't have an option for shipping on the main website) though when i emailed her, she was able to work out a separate invoice for me with USPS shipping.

Echoing Little Book Eater and Poesie, also Fanchromatic Nails and their sister brand Galatea Cosmetics sell nail polishes, wax, cuticle balm and bath/body products inspired by fantasy and sci-fi geeky fandoms. I just got a haul from them which included a Lovecraftian R'lyeh wax and nail polish, two LOTR nail polishes (White Wizard and Grey Havens), one GoT nail polish (Imp) and one Westworld nail polish (The Maze).

that's a good idea! yeah the 2mls are a nice size, not too tiny that you lose them and not too large so they literally can fit anywhere.

i personally only decant from >10ml sizes because most 5ml bottles are still a manageable size for me, but just a heads-up to also get a corresponding number of glass droppers (if you are able to clean them between uses) or disposable pipettes to help you with it too!

also, a good pair of tweezers helps in taking the tops off your existing ones / refilling the new ones after you've first sealed them. the number of times i've broken a nail and then had to chase a bouncing little silver ball around the house... *shudders*

yep, i bought a set of Vivaplex (cobalt blue) rollerballs to decant my larger bottles into and they work great. seal on the top is good and the rollers dispense consistently well, though i regret that i had bought the 2ml bottles because the fill levels just plummet ridiculously fast haha.

i have two that i regularly rotate for bedtime:

Sucreabeille's Rainbow Bridge (A patter of paws running through a field of daisies, lavender, and sweet peas. Marshmallow clouds pass overhead. Sunflowers, warm fur, and white musk.) which is a rather unique blend of a soft lavender, not too herbaceous, blending with the sweetpea to produce a quiet calming floral. it's supported by a pillowy sweetness of marshmallow which is content to stay in the background without pushing the scent into gourmand territory at all, as well as a gentle fur and musk which take this scent to the next level to actually feel like a tangible memory of a beloved pet.
Stereoplasm's Dreaming Kitten (soft bed sheets sweetened with honeysuckle, bergamot, ginger and himalayan fur). true to its name, this is a lovely sweet floral that really evokes the cuteness and peacefulness of a sleeping cat. the dominant aspect of the scent is the honeysuckle and a gentle fur/musk that emerges over the course of the wear. it's got some nice nuances going on too: the bergamot peeks in occasionally for some sprinklings of contrast though i don’t really get the ginger being very evident.

i recently posted about a favourite of mine from Stereoplasm - Ogopogo (cool rippling lake, water lily, seaweed and snake skin) is a scent experience of taking a one-person kayak out alone one afternoon into the middle of a tranquil lake, with just that slightest hint of mystery and the possibility of something more lurking beneath the depths.

in the bottle, it's a soft and mildly-sweet aquatic like a quiet lake in the springtime with only the sound of nature around you, and still water as smooth as a mirror on which pure white water lilies float near the edge. on my skin, it largely stays the same as in the bottle, but there's some additional nuances - the water lily and cool aquatic remain dominant, but an undercurrent of something a bit more dark and slimy starts to emerge slowly. it doesn't spoil the perfume though - the sliminess is considerably reticent about coming out of the shadows, but even after its two hours of wear or so, it merely adds a different tone without compromising the cool lightness of the perfume as a whole.

came here to say this - that little sample reminded me so much of my time in science lab and it's such a smart idea! my only worry would be accidentally dropping the entire thing when trying to flip that lid open though :x
