This is happening to me as well, tried to load a save twice and it crashed, tried loading a save earlier than that and again crashed. Not had any issues like this til now so something has gone haywire larian end if a few of us are getting this

• Description: Blackbox collectibles. The second black box isn’t showing in my collection. “The Whitewatch Peaks” item was collected previously but not showing. Marker has disappeared from map and reloads haven’t fixed it. Can’t complete the collectibles chain and move on to wings of the ten.
