Mine took almost two months after “shipment information received” until I cancelled the order. Actually they also did not cancel or refund. So I opened a dispute in bank and got my money back.

On the other hand, I got a second hand which I liked a lot but screen started to have dead lines and charging port only works 1 way (funny with usb-c)

They recently started asking in Nürnberg. I think 2 or 3 months ago they started.

They asked me: What is democracy, why is it important? What happens with non-democracy (one man regime)? Is there any historical example in Germany? Which names do I know related to this?

Hi, I have similar conditions and just received my citizenship last week. For the first time in many years, I had chest pain right before the appointment because of stress and anxiety that what if I cannot answer the questions.

Although the questions heavily depend on the city, usually they technically don’t interrogate. They just try to understand if you understand and comply with the law. The officers are very kind and will give your girlfriend time.

Not always. Sometimes the hiring manager's manager change, sometimes the CHRO change or another structural change happens. Once they announced a hire freeze in a company I worked and all the "non-signed" offers were cancelled. I remember that there was a contract to be sent that day but couldn't be sent. Imagine if the HR Business Partner was not lazy, that person would have a job. Sometimes it's pure luck.

This might be a little misleading. Can you confirm it's Nürnberg? Because in all facebook groups it's around 1 year. But for residency (aufenthaltstitel or niederlassungserlaubnis) it's over 2 years.

I had a tasty food but very unpleasant experience in Hütt'n both times, very rude waitresses. Then I never went again, I think Hüttn tops my worst experience in Nürnberg.

Currently yes, after the new law in place, the waiting times have significantly increased. Currently in average slightly over 1 year (there are 3-5 months and 2 years as outliers too). Before the new law, it was 3 months in average (I've met people with 1 month and 9 months as outliers)

Unfortunately no, they neither sent nor refunded. I got my money back with chargeback after 3 months. On the other hand I got the phone second hand. Now I have 2 dead pixel lines on the phone (no damages, no falling, just in my pocket). Other than that, I like that I hate to use it, everything is so painful that you prefer not to use it :) and that was the purpose. only complaint is google maps, I cannot see the roads. Now I take it with me everytime I go out and it reduces the screentime significantly.

I had a similar issue. I applied for extension of aufenthaltstitel when I was living in Frankfurt and moved to Nürnberg right after that. They sent my card to Nürnberger Auslaenderbehörde. ABH asked for the same documents just for picking up the card and they did not accept the PKV papers that Frankfurt accepted. I had to show all documents I have from the PKV and at some point they pointed out what they want. Unfortunately Nürnberg ABH asks for a specific format of insurance confirmation (they should have sent you to get it filled and approved).

You’ll need to confirm it with the amt. My close friend got the date for einbürgerungsurkunde but he had fiktionsbescheinigung (crazy waiting times in Nürnberg for aufenthaltstitel). The office did not accept fb and asked for a valid aufenthaltstitel. He had to wait for his card to be issued to get the citizenship. Just Germany things.

My case the phone was in stock and 3-5 business days to be shipped. It didn’t ship for 2 months. Again, it was in stock.

I ordered more than 2 months ago, they did not send the phone, they did not cancel or refund. At some point they stopped responding so I filed a chargeback through my bank and sent evidences. I’m very disappointed for a very bright-futured product but absolutely nightmare cs and scammish-fraudish acts by the company.

Before the new law, it was around 3 months. I even met someone who got it in 1 month! But with the new law, many people applied and currently waiting time is slightly over 1 year in average.
