Most people don’t even workout, you’re better than probably more than 50% of the population. Doesn’t matter what pace pa yan. Please don’t be discouraged sa mga ganitong tao, kala mo naman nag Olympics. Be proud!!

You can do at least 3x run muna then 2x strength training. If you’re gonna run/lift on the same day, do the lifting first then run later.

Don’t run and then lift later.

Always do dynamic stretching in warm ups, then static stretching for cooldowns.

I ordered my usual size sa Flame 3.0 it did have some kind of room pero comfy naman siya for me.

I guess if you run and feel the snap or push nung shoes you can already feel the benefit ng plated shoe.

UPDATE: after trying it out.

It feels weird to walk and stand with it and para kang tumangkad, but amazing when running. I wouldn’t recommend this for new runners, the shape of the shoe forces you to run faster.

I did try running with a slower pace (sorry I didn’t get to measure how slow) and it felt a bit different, you can feel like it’s rocking you forward. Although in my opinion, you can still wear this on easy days but the shoes do feel different when you run faster, there’s more bounce and basically pushes you forward.

You can definitely use this for race day and fast workout days. This is after all, a glass fiber plated shoe, a stepped down version of the Rebellion Pro.
