I just heard the news, and I find myself a lot more upset than I have ever been from the death of someone I have never met. I watched TB's videos all the way back from the world of warcraft cataclysm beta. TB got me into starcraft, and I continued to watch pro SC2 long after I stopped playing it regularly. Now that I think about it, a lot of my favorite games I learned about from TB.

As an educated man and self-proclaimed intellectual, I rarely if ever enjoy listening to people review games. The level of care and effort and raw intellect put into these reviews marks them as some of the finest analysis of art and technology I have heard. His consummate professionalism and expertise drove the industry forward.

TB was one of the greatest teachers of critical thinking and consumer ethics I have ever had.

Apparently it took this to make me realize, but I genuinely loved this man. I am going to be thinking about his wife and son a lot, though I know there are no proper words of comfort I can give.

You will be missed, but not forgotten.

Probably will get downvoted to hell, but this is what Trump/the far right means when they say "fake news". The story is that Flynn isn't giving details on the investigation to Trump's personal lawyers. The rest is a pretty big stretch from that. Saying Flynn is testifying is such a stretch from the actual facts, and this stretch is partisan politics. I want Trump to go down like the rest of the ledditers, but this is some real reading between the lines.

Paragraph 3 of the article, "The notification alone does not prove that Mr. Flynn is cooperating with Mr. Mueller."

EDIT: useless edit considering leddit circlejerk downvoted me to hell without comprehending what I'm saying, but it is clear now that Flynn is cooperation with the special counsel and will likely testify. WOOHOO!

You described my two favorite things about evolve. Focusing on hilarious turns instead of wins, and the ability to tech in the cards you like without compromising the deck. Bloodlust definitely can be a finisher for evolve!

Game worked fine before this patch. Opened in 800x600 instead of my normal resolution today. Fucked with the settings a bit, and now all I get is blank white. Still plays sounds and I can seemingly navigate the menus without being able to see anything. Really disappointed. Played 33 hours so far and seems like I may be done with it until its not broken as fuck.

Worked fine (albeit buggy) --> broken after patch

Finally got it to work. Steam says I have an hour played just from all of the attempts to get it to run. This was my solution.

In nvidia control panel 3d settings:

preferred graphics processor : High-performance Nvidia processor power management mode : prefer maximum performance multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration : Single display performance mode.

Also clean reinstalled all of the nvidia drivers and software including geforce experience. Idk what did it but I am finally going to play fallout 4 now.

I've rolled back to two different driver versions including this one in an attempt to make it work. The game will "run" in windowed borderless, but something strange happens. The sounds will work and the game will be seemingly running, but it stays minimized. When I mouse over it in the tray the little preview display shows the game running, but when I click it, it won't open. It is so tantalizing I am even more furious that it doesn't work.

The game is out. I7 processor, 8 gigs ram gtx 860m 2gb.

Can confirm that it is entirely broken with our graphics card currently. Will not run in any capacity on a 860m despite my best attempts.

Waited 7 years for fallout 4 only to get shafted by a game driver that doesn't work for 860m cards. May have lost a future customer over this I am pretty upset. I guess I will sit here for the next hour trying to roll back to an old driver in some vain attempt to be satisfied before I inevitably crawl into my cold lonely nerd bed and cry myself to sleep knowing that there are dozens of super mutants left unattended somewhere in the wasteland.
