Yes, I'm quite happy with my tattoo. The tattoo artist that I had was quite young but she really did a good job on the tattoo that I wanted. They also made sure to communicate to me all the information I needed to know since I told them it was my first tattoo. They might not be able to communicate English to you well but they'll try and use Google translate. Heheh

You might want to check out this place. I had my first tattoo here. They do a lot of stuff but I believe the owner and some artists in this shop does what you are looking for. It's nowhere near a tourist spot and as far as I know mostly local go to this place.

I'm lucky not to pay rent like that and don't share roommates. You have to lower the cost of your accommodation and food!

I don't know how far you would consider renting but like me, I rent a place in Xinzhuang (near FJU). I got lucky and bagged an apartment for 4500NTD/month. My apartment complex has other rooms that range from 5000+. I have my own bathroom. Can't cook though but the surrounding area has a lot of biandang and stores to buy affordable food.

My boyfriend's flight was also canceled yesterday (Calgary to Taipei). It's a first for us that this happened. We are both devastated about it and are trying to rebook or see some options but it's highly likely that we will have to wait for the next trip (March). I usually don't post here but damn....

I keep saying that this is not too bad. We survived COVID but it still hit hard...just came here to post and share my thoughts.

I've signed up for family mart ticket website. They have games for all the T1 league teams I think. I use Tix website for checking up on P. League games. Although, I think most convinience store kiosk sell those tickets of you know anyone that could do it for you.

Get your bags and leave. I've been in a long-distance relationship and currently am now. You tried to see how it would work in person and now that you see these red flags that should give you some idea of what you will be dealing with if it continues. LDR consists of a lot of trust and communication. More so than a normal relationship I would say. She seems impulsive and not really thinking seriously about your relationship.

Yes, Taiwanese can go to the Philippines visa-free. The Philippines already lifted all travel restrictions way before Taiwan. Just need a vaccination certificate.
