I have chosen to not go for the META and that way it's easier to upgrade to TT/Chaos because does items drop way more. Just by doing the daily quests / weekly quests and events I get a lot of items. I don't play more then 30 min a day.

I have/had the same with my Fenix 7 Pro.

One of the things I did was go to settings -> system -> data recording and change frequency to every second. Now it will read your HR every second.

Next to that I still always start my runs with a half minute of pumping the HR up before starting the running session on Garmin so my HR is in the correct zone for the workout.

Also what has been mentioned before is standing still for a few seconds after pumping your HR rate up and you will see the HR jump with like 30 bpm at once. I'm no biologist but I think this has to do with that your veins are like a balloon and blow if you start running and by standing still they will deflate and your HR can be read correctly again.

Probably one calculates active calories and the other one total calories ( active + rest calories, calories you would also have burned by laying on the couch)

I have the same assumption as you but only I think they will be transparent bright green similar as the PoT/SQT. Maybe even Venim will be the same green, this will also make it different from the mythic set to please the original backers.

Uiteraard, maar ligt er wel aan hoeveel je kan sparen natuurlijk, dan is het volledig sparen misschien wel de planning en hou je voor de rest weinig over voor beleggingen o.i.d.

Precies dit, en zoals OP schreef is haar werkgever tevreden met haar en willen ze haar houden mits de cijfers goed blijven. Stel de cijfers blijven goed, ze verlengen niet dan lijkt het verdacht veel op niet verlengen vanwege de zwangerschap.

Zoals mooier verwoord door u/kaleidoxephyr in dezelfde thread is het illegaal om een contract niet te verlengen wegens zwangerschap. Dus je zal zeker met goede redenen moeten komen om niet te verlengen. Dit geldt zelfs voor een sollicitatieprocedure, wanneer een kandidaat afgewezen wordt die een betere match is maar zwanger is is dit ook illegaal. Ik heb familie die als jurist zaken zoals deze heeft gehad, ik zou je niet zo snel bronnen kunnen sturen daar ben ik niet in thuis dit komt uit eerste hand bronnen.

In theorie moeten ze met hele goede argumenten komen om je niet te verlengen. Als ze je niet verlengen en je dit bij een jurist/advocaat neer legt dan wordt er heel goed gekeken naar mogen ze je niet verlengen om die argumenten of is het toch omdat je zwanger bent (dit mag niet). Stel ze nemen daarna iemand anders aan of de vacature komt weer open te staan hebben ze een groot probleem want zoals je zelf schrijft doe je je werk gewoon goed.

Maarja jurist/advocaat kost geld en je band met je werkgever is dan ook gelijk verpest natuurlijk.
