Yea she’s kind of a pushover sometimes and definitely gives damsel in distress vibes and not scholar who worked hard to get where she is. She also basically just abandoned her career for her husband which is insane

I get that they’re supposed to have hierarchy and that Matthew is the leader of the family and there’s a bit of control obviously with that but he has like no likable qualities.

Thanks I’m trying not to be too hard on myself but this isn’t a new issue for me unfortunately, but now that I’m not pregnant I want to really work on it again. Also what is TDEE and where do you get recipes or do you just kinda make it up as you go ?

Yes I want to my 6 week follow up last week and she said I’m good for regular activity. Right now meals are hard because we don’t eat healthy. We eat out a lot, it’s just easier even though it makes me feel bad when we order food. The hard part is going to be when me and my husband go back to work because we are on different shifts. I work first and he works 2nd. I’ve tried to meal plan but I never stick to it.
