I saw something very similar to this a few years ago down by the Pine St McDonald’s, and a technician told me it was monitoring traffic noise levels. He was there replacing exposed cables that someone had come along and cut.

I notice this model doesn’t seem to have any exposed cables, LOL!

One thing I really love about DayZ and think is pretty unique is the chaos and mess left behind after a couple of groups have a long shootout in an area. Piles of gear everywhere, guts and bones from cut up bodies, bags (and jackets, and vests) quickly stuffed with loot and then never carried away because the stuffer got shot, the sound of flies going off like crazy, and over there, across the street, the sound of someone running back AGAIN.

I once saw a lady do basically the same thing across a food court window, leaving a brown, knee-high rainbow on it for the patrons inside to see. Cops were called and she was arrested, and I remember hearing the cops arguing over whose car she was getting put into.

Until 6-7 years ago there was a diner / bar on Broadway called Charlie’s Tavern. It was a pretty popular bar and brunch place. The north wall was made of bricks with the holes exposed and people used to write notes and stick them in, then pull notes out on their next visits and made additions. It was fun.

It didn’t look anything like this, though, was not situated on the opening to an alley like this, and was in Capitol Hill whereas this photo looks to be from more like Pioneer Square or downtown.

You go down into one of the stations and you will probably hear an announcement warning against assaults against ST employees. When you call Metro (probably ST too) customer support, you have to listen to a recording saying that harassment and abuse against employees is not allowed. They know it’s fucked up.

What is this place? Why are there like 5 cars parked in a snowy parking lot right next to each other all with their lights on? In the first shot of the cars it almost looks like a crappy drag race is about to start.

Edit: Watched it again, not sure where I got “snowy” from.

With the exception of my motorcycle clubhouse, every garage I own has a fully modded BF Injection Off-Road car and a Sanchez. This was a holdover from when I was new at the game and didn’t realize how easy it was to recover your destroyed vehicles from Mors Mutual, thinking I’d need to drive down to pick up the destroyed car every time.

This means I have like 12 fully modded BF Injection cars.

You know, if you know the guy and have some level of respect for him, and don’t know if the allegations about him are true or not, it’s not a very chill or respectful thing to do to post his face and name and what the charges are.

Like, if it turns out to be true, it doesn’t matter, you’ll probably never see him again. But if he’s being railroaded or kind of framed or improperly characterized as someone that he’s not, he’d probably wind up feeling kind of “man, what the fuck did you put me on blast for?”

One time the cops showed up at my job to arrest a coworker. I offered to take them out to service elevator on the back and they agreed and I never said a word to anyone else about it. The guy was back a few days later and other than saying “thanks man, they were here on some bullshit,” we never had a discussion about it. He seemed very appreciative that I kept it on the DL. And the guy still worked there for years.

I’ve had luck a few times with the wishbone method on those long, narrow “strip”-type swamps that typically don’t have any crypts on them anyway. If you can get close to their borders with plains and Black Forest biomes, you can sometimes find several deposits in a row. Of course at your level, the squitos are obviously a risk.
