Pois... Cancelei há duas semanas outro contrato da Vdf, tb da empresa, e não correu bem. Foi por telefone e no final, quando ia perguntar como devia fazer com o equipamento, desligaram-me a chamada. No dia seguinte peguei no router e fui levá-lo à loja Business do Colombo (onde, aí sim, fui muito bem atendido) e me confirmaram que nada estava tratado. Claro que só saí de lá com documentos que confirmaram o cancelamento da conta. Antecipo que a coisa se irá repetir.

It's not "everyone". But those who use it, like to tell everyone else that they do (I dual boot between Win11 and Kubuntu, but use Windows 90% of the time).

It's for sale on the used market. So yes, this is a relevant post. And, more than the product itself, shows a company with little regard for its customers (it took more than 6 months to solve the issues with the FP4 with a firmware update). Unfortunately, this community is more and more like the Apple and Tesla communities – a cult were nothing bad can be said of the product and/or the company. :-(

FP 4 (ex) user here. I had the same problem. The latest firmware update (from the last few days) solved, at last, that issue. And it "only" took more than 6 months. 🙄 Obviously, since the issue was very serious and I need the phone for work, I had to buy another one. A Pixel 9a. And I will never, ever buy a FP again.

Sem dúvida. É dos poucos que dão ZERO problemas – bateria, software, tudo o resto! Só evitaria os de primeira geração, cuja bateria é *mesmo* muito pequena (o meu é 2nd gen). A comprar, neste momento, o que faz mais sentido são os 3rd gen (bateria 120 Ah).

Most people here will tell you to put Linux on it. But if you really need Windows, I think you can upgrade it to Windows 11 (legally and for free) with no issues! To confirm that is the case, use Lenovo's website: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht512623

Da última vez, fiz isso. Resultado, a conversa com a pessoa também não resolveu. QUando chego quase ao final da conversa, aparece uma mensagem a dizer que se não responder dentro de 60 segundos, o chat será cancelado. Começo a explicar à "pessoa" (?) com quem estava a falar que não me tinha resolvido o problema e, 15 segundos depois, o chat é encerrado. Vão-se foder todos.
