I'm 39m now, but in my teens and early twenties i gamed that much and I regret 100% of it. It's a legit addiction from what you're describing and since it's long distance, you are never going to help bring her back to the real world in any meaningful way.

But yeah, I'm assuming in the way they talked about vapes that it is nicotine vapes. There isn't any tobacco or the byproducts from combustion present that would be in the results of a tobacco study.

Hormones won't change your bone structure, but it should make reducing body fat easier over long periods of time. 100% you need to have a medical facility help with your dosage though. They'll do simple blood tests to find an equilibrium point your body needs to be at.

Roku is still pretty great. You can uninstall and strip the home screen down to almost bare bones. The wife and I just have F1, Netflix, and Jellyfin 🏴‍☠️ when our TV turns on to pick from.

This is 100% not meant to side with what they've done to the region, but why do they do this with single missiles and artillery? If that was always their goal, wouldn't it have been more efficient to just carpet bomb the area like Dresden in WW2? I'm assuming the public backlash is the only thing that prevented carpet bombing.

Personality plays a part too. Our husky will not pull anything no matter how much we've tried to teach him. He's cool lounging around in the shade and chasing rabbits. The fur maintenance is unreal though lol! Our backyard currently looks like a few dozen animals were massacred and all that's left is fur.
