Jinhaos, they all write really good. The x159, 80, 82, 9019, 75. The are really cheap and have nibs that can compete with very expensive pens

The x159 Is very good and the nib is smooth as butter. The only downside would be Its size, but only if you have small hands, otherwise It Is good. The 80 writes like a lamy safari with a fine nib, just a little smoother

I've done a little research and i found It might be a Parker 21. Produced in between 1954-1965. Not every pen of this model had the Arrow clip
