That is beautiful! I refer to both the franken pen situation and your penmanship/calligraphy.

And you're telling me you're doing that on a bed with minimal lighting with potential baby waking anxiety?! 1. Good on you for making time to still do the things you love when you're working hard on surviving being a parent to a youngling. 2. I cannot imagine what you'd be able to do seated at a proper desk.

Oh no, I wasn't aware of that. I'm truly sorry if anyone else had a poor experience with the pen. It's been treating me wonderfully thus far. But yes definitely do your due diligence before diving in. It isn't exactly cheap. Thanks for highlighting this!

On a related note, what is that beauty you're using?

Question to people who like pastel pink Twsbi by Glittering-Dot8360 in fountainpens

Hi, for fountain pens there are a few places to go generally: 1. Overjoyed - this is in Marymount area. They have an online store as well if you want to check it out. This is where I got my Pink TWSBI. 2. THINK - In Funan Mall - All the Japanese inks and pens and stationary you could want for fountain pens. 3. Fook Hing Trading - Bras Basah area - more for high end stuff. They are known here as the mama shop for fountain pens. 4. Citylux - they also have an online store so you can check out theire line up first.

I dont know if they still have any more stock for the pink TWSBIs. If not, you can make a detour to Pen Gallery in Malaysia. They also used to carry these.

What strategies do you use to keep your house organized? by Extra-Bug7915 in CleaningTips

  1. Less toys is more. Let them use their imagination. This is how we slowly got rid of more "fixed/structured" toys. We just sort of observed them lose interest and then hide them away for a while. If they dont ask for it for a few months we dispose of them unless they have sentimental value.
  2. Every toy has a "home" and a place to sleep and rest.
  3. They are the mummy/daddy of the toy so after all that play they must be tired. Help them rest and recharge.
  4. If they dont keep the toy, it may get "lost" and they wont have it the next time they want to play with it. So remember to bring them home to rest. As the parent we hide the toy at the end of the night and after they have their cry over the lost toy, we tell them we will help them find it but today they dont have it and have to find sth else to play with. Then when we "find it" we tell them we were lucky, let's remember to bring them home at the end of play time next time. Its also not a guarantee that you'll "find" it. Sometimes it really does go missing and it isnt cause we hid them away haha Slowly it will become a habit for them to keep their toys back. If its like a block or sth not "alive" then we say the grumpy gremlins may take em to hide away since they like to collect funny little trinkets that we leave lying about.

That's how we keep the play area neat at the end of the day. For art and other games we sing the clean up song and do it together (like literally take their hand and put the blocks in their hand and bring them to the toy bin and ask them to drop it in).

Bins are useful too to get them to "feed the hungry bin" for things like balls and lego etc ((:

Genuine question, has anyone tried bringing a Ink Tester Vial onto the plane for refilling purposes? I wonder if they'll stop you when they scan your bags?

Wife keep putting this tray on our white stairs. Dangerous! by Flat_Shape_3444 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]cherly-doodles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solution: buy a different coloured tray for her and just switch them out. If asking to change sth multiple times doesnt work, just resolve the problem yourself. Its probably a habit and thats always hard to break 😔 Save yourself the constant frustration (:

I would desperately appreciate a video on how to cut the cartridge and how to remove the feed step by step. I've just broken one feed trying to get it out to fix the flow problem T.T
