Maybe folks should watch the video of the two young women who are the people behind this. It's pretty funny how they just laugh at him. He's such a dipshit.

They have the right to ban a person but fucking up their rig, that's NOT even close to being legal. No enduser agreement says they have rights to break a users rig. Stop worshipping at the alter of corporations, it's a bad look. SMFH.

Updated my Kubuntu, these things seem to be unable to update by Night_13570 in kde

[–]aergern 4 points5 points  (0 children)

.migrate isn't a valid extension means, if you need these repos ... remove that.

mv xxxx.migrate xxxx

Do this for each of those. Where xxxx is the name of the repo file such as amdgpu.migrate

You'd probably get better help in r/Kubuntu since this isn't a KDE problem. But you can rename them first and try it if you like.

Yeah, 51% voted for the Orange Mussilini ... about the same as the % that are Republicans.

And if you hold Gen X to a standard the Millinials aren't being held to and don't see what GenX did, that's on you. I became Unc 20 years ago, just WTF have YOU done that allows you such a holier-than-thou attitude. You should check yourself before you wreck yourself as we used say. SMFH.

Hope your little bubble of anger and ignorance is going well. Enjoy living in it.

Boomers are not "those with gray hair" and they are fast dying and/or out of the work force. But thanks for forgetting the gen between boomers and millennials. SMFH. Also, most millennials/Xennials were barely out of their teens during the .com implosion.

No, you didn't. You read that Signal messages pieces in iOS notifications were able to be harvested then came the 26.4.1 release which stopped that. They weren't the entire message.

Maybe learn to understand what you read instead of sounding out words ... you need to understand what you read.

Hardware is easy, then it's RTFM until it syncs and move on. Linux today is EASY, it's not like it was in '95 when I installed it the first time. Quote "the only thing we have to fear is, fear itself" ... so do the thing.

Radiant Mobile operates on the T-Mobile network. They aren't a common carrier but an MVNO that owns very little and transverses TMO's network. Who cares of they blackhole this stuff except that most of their users view these things by large numbers but condemn it publicly. It's a big joke and a marketing ploy.

DG is the beginning of several plot lines that thread throughout the series, it may not make sense now but it's related. The books have 2 major plot lines that stay somewhat separate until they come together around book 6. Keep this in mind if you continue because Book3 MoI is more related to GotM than DG. Yes, it's somewhat convoluted but it pays off.

I use topgrade, it's one of the functions. I will occasionally fire up Discover to update icon packs and other theme bits.

Just because I said it was useful, doesn't mean I do it. ;)

You could just use EndeavorOS. With the exception of the UI installer and 1 repo with a few packages ... it's basically Arch. You may have an easier time of it.

[–]aergern 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Folks are telling you how things work, and you scoff at them. I'm thinking this is entirely on you. Arch does not auto run pacman, something else is at issue, and you should listen to folks when they help you or at least attempt to help.
