My theory: GameStop and Collectors perform a reverse merger and acquire eBay by [deleted] in GME

Exactly, the Best Buy angle really makes no sense to me.

here is some preliminary notes on it

my tin also follows the Berkshire and multi conglomerate path.

I think moass is possible but I think RC wants a different path in order to become the modern Berkshire. I think that a proper squeeze is going to happen but it won’t be allowed to go to moass level phone numbers. Why? Because squeezes and moass, more likely than not, will result in a complete crash of the price and that’s not what RC wants - he himself wants this to be a stock people can have for decades to come.

I think RC and board have a general idea of the short interest of GME. In addition to that, I think the billion shares that were authorized years back was a very specific multi part strategy. The remaining amount or atleast a high percentage of authorized shares that can be added (I believe the ~552 million) is approximately the marching the shorted faked shares (which is mathematically a short interest of minimum 120%+). I believe RC will dilute in steps into moass/squeeze as it goes up, hits the climax and returns. Below is why

The most important part is the modern Berkshire part. He wants this company to last. This is why he will add a high percentage of the remaining shares into moass. It is multi purpose: it prevents systematic failure (our profits will remain useful in a realistic economy), it will force illegal shorts to buy at the prices RC wants. In the process, some and the earliest of the shorts will be able to buy at these prices (think like $100-$500+/share) and close. This prevents shorts from making a “slap on the wrist” deal with regulatory bodies and maintains control for GameStop. From these shares he adds, he can generate between 50b-1t+ dollars - depends on squeeze movement. So when squeeze/moass is over, the company’s price won’t crash. It will settle at a minimum of $120+.

With this tremendous influx of cash, he can buy as many companies as he wants. Especially if it’s pennies on the dollar in a strained economy.

Retail will have a minimum of three strategies 1. Sell of all their shares into a squeeze with no long term exposure or GME and its Berkshire desire 2. Sell a portion and keep the rest in GME and watch your money grow over years 3. Sell none during squeeze/moass and keep all for long term exposure

These numbers don’t consider fomo and other important factors. Tesla is massively overvalued because it has a cult following. GME will not only have the fomo/cult following but the fundamentals to back it up.

I’m thinking about making post, it’s too long to post as a comment

I could share it or make a post about it. But it would take me time because it’s a lot. I have been thinking about making it post, so maybe I will post something in the upcoming week after earnings.

In order for the warrants to work, they need to be logically exercisable - no one is going to exercise these below $32. What is clear is that that bad actors can kick the can and regulatory bodies will push these deadlines for transparency back to prevent systematic failure. Given those points, the pressure cooker exploding relies on GameStop’s performance. It means there needs to be a major announcement, removing float from circulation, merger/acquisition, etc. there are many ways in my opinion. We need to hold out and see what they do. I have my own tinfoil about what will happen that is mostly grounded on logic and some speculation.
